- The Social Democratic Union shall be divided into 2 parts: the Union (Party Organisation), and the Regional Party. The Party Organisation is defined as the administrative body and foundation of which the party exists outside of the regions in which we live as a Union. The Regional Party is defined as this Party existing within a region consisting of members with its own individual leadership.
- The Party Leader is the general leader of the entire Union. A Party Chairman is the local leader of Regional Party. The members of a Regional Party shall elect a Party Chairmen. All members of a Regional Party are automatically Party Organisation Members. People are allowed to request membership without having a specific regional area to establish it, meaning citizens of a region can join this Union without the need of establishing a Regional Party.
- The Party Leader shall be elected once every 6 months without a limit of terms. All Union and Regional members have the right to vote.
- There shall be a shadow cabinet for the Party Leader, consisting of the Ministers of Recruitment, Interior, Elections, and Regional Affairs.
- The Party Leader and Regional Chairman may appoint deputies in case the leaders are unable to preform their leadership duties.
Article 2 - Union
- The Union (Party Organisation) shall comprise of a bicameral council in which the lower council (The Union Council) will consist of a proportionate number of members to represent the members of the Union. The upper council (Representative Council) shall consist of members that are proportionately elected by members of a Regional Party in the SDU.
- The members of SDU in general have the right to take part in leadership.
- The capital of this Union shall originate in Lisseum.
- The Union and Representative Councils are tasked with amending, repealing, or adding new policies and Union rules that all members hall abide by as well as amendments to this Constitution with a majority of the Council in which it originates.
Article 3 - Regional Elections
- When the elections for a region occur, the person willing to run for office must be a citizen of that region of which they wish to run.
- Party members shall submit and announce a request to the leadership responsible to gain recognized candidacy, otherwise they may have the option to run as an independent.
- The Union or Party Member is responsible for protecting the integrity and protecting their loyalty to the party.
